Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $1M or more a year, and it owes the IRS back taxes.
  • IRS letters keep showing up, like a CP14, CP504 or LT11, and some are still sealed.
  • The business grew faster than the books, so the estimated payments were a guess.
  • A return or two never got filed while you were busy running the business.
  • Penalties and interest keep growing, and you're not sure what the IRS thinks you owe.
  • Nobody is authorized to speak to the IRS for you, so every letter and call still lands on you.
  • You want the IRS handled now and your taxes planned so you don't end up here again.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose business does under $1M a year.
  • Anyone who wants a promise to settle for pennies on the dollar before anyone sees the numbers.
  • Anyone who'd rather file several years of returns blindly just to get something in.
  • Anyone who isn't willing to send documents and sign what the case needs.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Angie and her team of CPAs and enrolled agents take the IRS off your desk, then keep it from coming back.

We Pull Your IRS Records

We read every notice and pull your IRS transcripts across the board, so we know exactly what the IRS has on file instead of guessing from a stack of mail.

We Get Authorized On Your File

You sign one authorization, and from then on the IRS deals with us, not you. The letters and the calls become our job.

We Respond On Time

We track every deadline and file the right response on time, so your case stops escalating while we work out the rest.

We File What's Missing

Missing returns get prepared from real records, never filed blindly. If the books are behind, our team cleans them up in QuickBooks and rebuilds the numbers from bank records first.

We Negotiate The Resolution

We negotiate the best resolution available to you, whether that's a payment plan the business can actually keep, relief from penalties, or a settlement if you qualify.

We Keep You Current For Good

Once you're current, we set your estimated payments from real numbers and check in every quarter, so taxes become just another bill you pay on time.

On The Record

Does It Actually Work?

“
I just wanted to know exactly where I stood with the IRS. Angie was able to put my mind at ease when she came back to me with an accurate amount, with options I never thought existed. Angie talked directly to the IRS and together they agreed to wipe away my penalties.

“
I am so happy I contacted Angie when I received a penalty notification. Turns out, the IRS had missed something that Angie picked up on, the result, penalty abatement.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Will hiring someone just uncover a bigger bill?+
The IRS already has most of the information: every 1099 your customers sent, every payment you made and every return you filed sits on your account right now. Looking closer doesn't create a balance, it just shows you the same file the IRS sees. And the number often moves the other way, because a return the IRS prepares for you usually leaves out deductions you were entitled to, and some penalties qualify for relief.
Can you settle my back taxes for pennies on the dollar?+
The IRS does have a program for settling for less, but it's not a common outcome. It asks whether there's any realistic way you could pay, and for a business doing $1M+ a year the answer is usually yes. So we won't promise a settlement before we've seen your numbers, and if you genuinely qualify for one, we'll pursue it and tell you why.
My books are years behind. Where do we even start?+
With your IRS transcripts, which show the years filed or missing, the income reported, the payments posted and the penalties assessed. Then our team rebuilds what's needed year by year, in QuickBooks and from bank records, so the missing returns are prepared from real numbers. You're not the first successful owner whose revenue grew faster than the recordkeeping, and nobody here will judge how it happened.
Will I still have to deal with the IRS myself?+
No. Once you sign the authorization, the IRS deals with us, and we're the ones tracking deadlines and making the calls. You'll still send us documents and sign a few things, but you won't be the one on hold.
How much does it cost?+
Our representation fees aren't published, so Angie quotes the first step up front on the strategy call. When a case needs it, we start with a paid review of your IRS transcripts and your IRS account. After that, you get the price for each next phase before we do any of it, and you approve the plan and the cost first.
Do you only handle the IRS side?+
No. We also do bookkeeping, tax preparation and year-round planning, and for owners at or past $1M in revenue, CFO-level guidance on cash flow and big decisions. Once your case is handled, the same team that knows your file keeps you current, so nothing falls between firms.
Do you work with businesses outside Virginia?+
Yes. Our office is in Herndon, Virginia, and we work with clients in all 50 states. Our CPAs and enrolled agents are based in different parts of the country, and Angie generally runs the strategy calls herself.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Angie starts with your letters, because the code near the top of each notice tells her where your case sits and how much time is left to respond. Then she asks what the business brings in, which years are filed and whether the books are current. You'll leave knowing which resolution paths look realistic for your numbers and what the first step would be.
One Last Step

Ready To Find Out Where You Really Stand With The IRS?

On the strategy call, Angie goes through your notices, which years are filed and where the books stand. You'll leave knowing which resolution paths look realistic and what her team would take off your plate.
